Mini Cucumber Sandwiches
For the veggie lovers, these mini cucumber sandwiches will be the main attraction at your next party.
Mix goat cheese, dill, salt, and pepper until well-combined in our Royal Prestige® 2-quart mixing bowl. Then cut slices of cucumber to build your sandwich by adding a small piece of Swiss cheese, goat cheese mixture, salmon, and jalapeño between two slices of cucumber.
Enjoy right away, as a healthy and very yummy snack!
Beef Yakitori with Peanut Sauce
Skewers are a summer party staple. Want to try something fun? Calculate how long it takes for the plate to be empty as soon as you serve them. You’ll be surprised!
For these skewers, prepare a marinade of soy sauce, garlic, rice wine, sugar, and ginger. Pour mixture into our Royal Prestige® 3-quart mixing bowl, combine with meat, and place the bowl in the fridge to rest for at least 15 minutes. Insert the marinated meat onto wooden skewers, leaving enough room on one side for easier handling.
Using the Royal Prestige® Double Griddle, preheat at medium-high temperature for 3 minutes. Immediately reduce heat to medium, place the skewers, and cook them for 3 minutes per side.
Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, heavy cream, soy sauce, Asian-style chili sauce and lime. Add these ingredients to the Royal Prestige® Blender, cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
Serve with peanut sauce and garnish with green onion. Prepare a delicious Chicken Yakitori using the same recipe.
Zucchini Chips with Honey and Sriracha
Do you love chips, but are looking for healthier options? With this improved and flavorful version, you won’t have to give up your favorite snack!
Using the Royal Prestige® Salad Machine, slice zucchinis using Cone #1. Dip each zucchini slice into a mixture of beaten eggs and 1 teaspoon water. Then coat slices with another mixture of bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and paprika.
Preheat oven at 400ºF, place coated zucchini slices on a cookie sheet, and bake for 8 minutes with the oven at 400 ºF. Turn chips over with the Royal Prestige® Spatula and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
Prepare a honey and hot pepper sauce, by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, honey, and green onion and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with the honey, hot pepper sauce, and enjoy!
If you want crunchier zucchini slices, bake an additional 5 minutes, or until the texture of your preference is reached.
Grilled Pineapple Sandwich
Using the Royal Prestige® Round Grill, grill pineapple slices at medium‐high heat for 3 minutes.
Aside, mix chocolate spread, heavy cream, and mascarpone cheese and stir until you start getting a uniform consistency. Spread mixture over half of your pineapple slices and cover with remaining slices to form sandwiches.
Spread some toasted macadamia and garnish with whipped cream, cherries and nuts.
